odigayo 계정 삭제 안내 (Account Deletion — odigayo)

1. 앱 내에서 삭제하는 방법 (Delete In-App — Recommended)

odigayo 앱 실행 → 설정 → 계정 → 회원탈퇴 순서로 이동한 뒤, 확인 절차를 거치면 즉시 삭제됩니다.

1. odigayo 앱을 엽니다.
2. 설정(Settings) 화면으로 이동합니다.
3. 계정(Account) 섹션에서 회원탈퇴를 누릅니다.
4. 안내 문구(탈퇴 시 모든 데이터가 영구 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다)를 확인하고 계속을 누릅니다.
5. 최종 확인(정말 탈퇴하시겠습니까?)에서 탈퇴하기를 누르면 즉시 삭제가 진행됩니다.

⚠ 이 작업은 되돌릴 수 없습니다. (This action cannot be undone.)

Open the odigayo app → Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm through the two confirmation dialogs. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

2. 앱 삭제 전이거나 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 (If You Can No Longer Access the App)

아래 이메일로 가입 시 사용한 이메일 주소를 포함하여 계정 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 담당 이메일: heonybeebiz@gmail.com 처리 기한: 영업일 기준 5일 이내

Please email us at heonybeebiz@gmail.com with the email address you used to sign up, and we will delete your account manually. Processing time: within 5 business days.

3. 삭제되는 데이터 (Data That Is Deleted)

• 프로필 정보 (이름, 이메일, 국적, 프로필 사진) • 진행 중이던 도움 요청 기록 (즉시 취소 처리됨 — 보관 기간은 4번 항목 참고) • 작성한 리뷰 및 하트(칭찬) 기록 • FCM 푸시 토큰 • Firebase 인증 계정 자체 (재로그인 불가능)

• Profile information (name, email, nationality, profile photo) • Any in-progress help requests (immediately cancelled — see item 4 for retention) • Reviews and hearts you've sent • FCM push token • The Firebase Authentication account itself (sign-in is no longer possible)

4. 보관되는 데이터 및 보관 기간 (Data Retention After Deletion)

• 회원 탈퇴 시 원칙적으로 즉시 파기합니다 (관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관이 필요한 경우는 제외). • 위치 정보는 매칭 종료 후 즉시 삭제되며 별도로 보관되지 않습니다. • 취소된 도움 요청(request) 기록은 완료/취소 후 최대 90일간 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다.

• Data is deleted immediately in principle upon account withdrawal (except where retention is required by law). • Location data is deleted immediately after a match ends and is not stored separately. • Cancelled help request records are retained for up to 90 days after completion/cancellation, then automatically deleted.
