1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 (Information We Collect)

• 필수 항목: 구글 계정 정보(이름, 이메일, 프로필 사진), 현재 위치 정보(GPS) • 선택 항목: 닉네임, 국적(ISO 국가코드), 프로필 사진 • 자동 수집 항목: FCM 푸시 토큰, 기기 설치 식별자(Install ID)

• Required: Google account info (name, email, profile photo), current GPS location • Optional: nickname, nationality (ISO country code), profile photo • Automatically collected: FCM push token, device install ID

2. 수집 및 이용 목적 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

• 여행자(Seeker)와 자원봉사자(Helper) 간 실시간 위치 기반 매칭 제공 • 회원 식별 및 서비스 부정이용 방지 • 매칭/채팅/완료 안내를 위한 푸시 알림 발송 • 국가별 도움 통계(하트 컬렉션) 제공

• Providing real-time, location-based matching between travelers (Seekers) and volunteers (Helpers) • Member identification and fraud prevention • Push notifications for matches, chat, and completion • Country-based help statistics (heart collection)

3. 보유 및 이용 기간 (Retention Period)

• 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 파기합니다 (관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관이 필요한 경우는 제외). • 위치 정보는 매칭 종료 후 즉시 삭제되며 별도로 보관되지 않습니다. • 도움 요청(request) 기록은 완료/취소 후 최대 90일간 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다.

• Deleted immediately upon account withdrawal (except where retention is required by law). • Location data is deleted immediately after a match ends and is not stored separately. • Help request records are retained for up to 90 days after completion/cancellation, then automatically deleted.

4. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁 (Third-Party Sharing & Processing)

이용자의 개인정보를 마케팅 목적으로 외부에 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다. · Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging) — 인증, 데이터 저장, 푸시 알림 · Anthropic (Claude API) — 양국 우호 스토리 생성 (개인 식별 정보 미포함) · 공공데이터포털(외교부) — 대사관 정보 및 양국 관계 데이터 조회 (이용자 정보 전송 없음)

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The following processors are used to operate the service. · Google Firebase — authentication, data storage, push notifications · Anthropic (Claude API) — generating friendship stories (no personally identifiable data included) · Korea's public data portal (MOFA) — embassy and bilateral relations lookups (no user data transmitted)

5. 이용자의 권리 (User Rights)

• 설정 화면에서 언제든지 본인의 개인정보(닉네임, 국적, 프로필 사진, 언어)를 열람·수정할 수 있습니다. • 설정 > 계정 삭제를 통해 언제든지 동의를 철회하고 계정 및 관련 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. • 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요청하려면 아래 문의처로 연락해 주세요.

• You can view and edit your personal information (nickname, nationality, profile photo, language) anytime in the Settings screen. • You can withdraw consent and delete your account and related data anytime via Settings > Delete Account. • To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, please contact us below.
